The Slovanka residential project, which is currently being constructed in the heart of Boží Dar, offers new opportunities for recreational and year-round living surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Krušné Mountains. The town, with the highest elevation in the Czech Republic and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, offers unique conditions for discovering the local natural beauty and enchanting authentic charm of the mountain landscape. Completion is planned for August 2026.
About the project
Slovanka consists of two connected buildings, whose architectural design sensitively respects the historical appearance of the original structures. The roof dormers, the period combination of plaster and vertical wooden cladding with hints of half-timbering in the gables, and the characteristic window layout have been preserved, allowing the project to naturally blend into the surrounding buildings in the center of Boží Dar. Thirteen mountain apartments, including five luxury duplexes, are now being completed on three above-ground floors, interconnected by staircases and an elevator. The first basement floor houses parking spaces, cellar cubicles for storing sports equipment, and a shared ski storage room.
Apartments
The residential units range in size from 48 m² to 149 m² and are sold in a white walls condition with the option of finishing the interior according to the individual ideas and needs of the future owners. Two design proposals created by interior architects are available, and their implementation will be arranged by the developer upon agreement. The high standard of materials and technological equipment used include wooden windows with insulated triple glazing, smart locks, underfloor heating with thermostats in each room, and security doors.
Location
Boží Dar is a popular year-round tourist destination in the Krušné Mountains. There are two family sports complexes right in the town, and the large Neklid ski resort is on its outskirts. There are about 120 kilometers of cross-country trails in the surrounding area. In summer, visitors can enjoy walks through the Boží Dar peat bog, trips to the Wolf Pits near Horní Blatná, or a climb to the highest peak of the Krušné Mountains, Klínovec. In 2007, Ježíškova path was established in the nearby forest, which introduces children to fairy-tale characters in the form of an nature trail. The town also has a grocery store, a café, a number of restaurants, and several attractions not only for families with children.
The Slovanka Residence is part of the Slunečná & Slovanka residential project – additional residential units are available in the Slunečná Residence.
