The new Slunečná residential project is being completed in the very center of the Czech town with the highest elevation, where the stars seem to be within reach. It will offer a total of 11 mountain apartments with parking spaces, representing a quality investment with long-term value for future generations. The project is located in the heart of Boží Dar, a symbol of the Krušné Mountains and a popular center for winter sports and year-round tourism. The completion is scheduled for March 2026.
About the project
The Slunečná residence is visually sensitively integrated into the historic city center and its architectural design respects the character of its surroundings. The project was created as a new reinforced concrete monolithic structure, whose final form is based on the traditional elements typical of Krušné Mountain architecture. Its three above-ground floors provide space for 11 residential units, while the first basement floor houses garage parking spaces and storage rooms. The individual floors are connected by two staircases and two elevators to ensure barrier-free access directly to the apartments. For the greater comfort of future owners, a ski storage room and property management are available.
Apartments
The apartments, with floor areas ranging from 52 m² to 143 m² and proposed one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, are offered in a white walls condition with the possibility of personalized modifications. Interior designers have prepared design options for the finishing touches, which will be implemented by the developer upon agreement. High-quality materials including, for example, wooden windows with insulated triple glazing, security entrance doors, and modern technological equipment, including underfloor heating with thermostats in each room, and smart locks.
Location
The beautiful nature of the Krušné Mountains surrounds the carefully developed town of Boží Dar. There over 120 kilometers of cross-country trails in the area, which connect to other trails, including the Krušné Mountain Highway. Experienced downhill skiers can head to the Neklid Ski Resort with its groomed snow park or directly to Klínovec, while families with children will appreciate the two smaller ski resorts right in the village. Throughout the rest of the year, tourists are attracted by the area's natural beauty and numerous attractions, including the Novako adventure park, Boží vyhlídka lookout point, Boží trail, and Ježíškova path with two circuits and many play elements.
