About the project

The third phase of the project comprises a total of 25 terraced and detached houses with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom layouts, offering comfortable living even for larger families. Some houses feature covered parking spaces, while most include a full-size garage for one or two cars equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. The modern homes are heated by a De Dietrich air-to-water heat pump, ensuring energy-efficient operation through underfloor heating distribution. The eco-friendly concept also includes a 2 m³ rainwater retention tank and a preparation for photovoltaic installation.

Houses

The usable floor area of the houses ranges from 113 m² to 256 m². High standards are ensured by insulated triple-glazed windows with a preparation for external blinds. The interior flows seamlessly into the garden through a threshold-free HS portal. Floors are wooden combined with ceramic tiles, while bathrooms are fitted with high-quality Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. Modern technologies also include a home video intercom system.

Location

The new residential neighborhood on the very edge of Chýně offers exceptionally peaceful living surrounded by meadows in the southern part of the village. A nearby bus stop provides a 10-minute connection to Zličín metro station, while trains conveniently reach Smíchov in approximately 35 minutes. Travel by car is made easier thanks to the proximity of the Prague Ring Road and the D5, D6, and D7 highways. The village offers extensive amenities including a kindergarten and a newly built elementary school, a general practitioner, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and sports facilities. For larger shopping and entertainment options, the nearby Metropole Zličín shopping center is easily accessible. Nature lovers can explore the Kačák River Basin Nature Park just beyond Unhošť or the vast forests of the Křivoklát region, interwoven with hiking and bike trails.
